Booking & service policy
Thank you for choosing Smooth Glam. Our goal is to give every client a professional, relaxing and luxurious beauty experience. Please review these policies before booking.

Booking & deposit
A $25 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been received. The deposit will be applied toward your remaining balance.
Cancellations & rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows may require a new deposit before another appointment can be booked.
Late arrivals
Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or canceled depending on availability. A new deposit may be required to rebook.
No-shows
Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without notice will forfeit their deposit. Future appointments may require an additional deposit or full payment in advance.
Makeup appointments
Please arrive with a clean, moisturized face and no makeup unless otherwise instructed. If you have any allergies, sensitivities or skin concerns that may affect your service, please inform Smooth Glam before your appointment.
Hair & wig appointments
For wig installations, customization, styling and other hair services, please follow any preparation instructions provided before your appointment. Wigs should be dropped off in advance when customization is required. Additional fees may apply if extra preparation or customization is needed.
Bridal & special events
Bridal, wedding, naming ceremony, birthday and other special-event services may require additional booking arrangements. Large parties should book in advance to ensure availability. Travel or on-location services may include an additional fee.
Guests & children
To maintain a comfortable and professional environment, please avoid bringing additional guests or children unless they are receiving a service or prior approval has been given.
Payment
The remaining balance is due at the time of service. Any additional services requested during the appointment will be added to the final balance.
Client satisfaction
Please communicate your preferences during your appointment. Smooth Glam wants every client to leave feeling confident and beautiful. If you have any concerns about your service, please communicate them before leaving whenever possible.
Photo & video content
Photos or videos may be requested after your service for Smooth Glam’s portfolio and social media. Your permission will be requested before identifiable content is posted.
